Flexography Printing Machine

The machine is used for printing the scripts, pictures & Trade Marks on the plastic woven sacks or plastic paper laminated sacks. It may finish the printing both on obverse & reverse of the sacks simultaneous. The machine can print the double sides of tube woven bag and with folding and winding function as well, it can reduce worker’s labor intensity and improve working efficiency. It adopts transducer controlling that insures smoothly operation, the advanced cobweb barrel color transmitting the ink evenly. So it is convenient to regulate, operate and maintain. 1.Main machine equip with 2.2 kw frequency inverter to regulate, so that can suitable to different printing speed; 2.The ink was transfer by the netted rolling cylinder which has chromate treatment; 3.The meters counter can according to your requirement to set the printing quantity, when the quantity reached, the machine will stop automatically also as the case of rolled cloth is finished; 4.The printing board is lifting by the Pneumatic, if raise up, the ink will mix automatically; 5.Equip with the 360 degree continuous vertical colors registration device; 6.Adopt hot air drying system (7 zones), each with 1.1kw fan to heat and dry, fan of material passing is 0.75kw;
